Delete your BillYourShop account
You can ask us to delete your BillYourShop account, and everything in it, at any time.
How to ask
- In the app: More → Help → Delete my account (the shop owner's login). It opens an email to us, already written.
- Or by email: write to rahul@rktechsystems.com from the email address your account uses, with your shop's name.
We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your shop and every login in it, with all of its records: items and stock, customers and suppliers, bills, quotations, orders, purchases, returns, payments and expenses, and the pictures you uploaded. Nightly backups that still hold it are overwritten within 30 days after that. Nothing is kept once deletion is complete.
Before you ask
Deleted books cannot be brought back. GST law asks businesses to keep invoice records, so first take a copy: on the website, Reports → Download everything gives every record as a spreadsheet.
You do not need to delete your account to remove a staff login, an item, a party, a draft or a quotation. Those can be removed inside the app or on the website.
