By using the Android app "US Citizenship Prep with AI" (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is published by RK Technology, a proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us").
What the App is
The App is an independent study tool for the U.S. naturalization civics test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee that you will pass your interview.
Questions and answers come from the official public lists published by USCIS. Some answers change after elections or appointments. Always check the latest answers at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates before your interview.
AI coach
Citizenship Pro includes an AI coach that writes study plans and explanations with Anthropic's Claude AI. AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check them against the official USCIS questions and answers. Each user has a daily AI allowance, which resets every day.
Citizenship Pro subscription
- Citizenship Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown in the App before you buy.
- It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can request a refund through Google Play. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will help where we can.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the App, bypass its purchase checks, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Google Play's terms.
Content and ownership
The official civics questions and answers are public information from USCIS. The App's design, code and other content belong to RK Technology.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including the outcome of any interview or application. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms when the App changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
